'Pre-provisioning' Status for Gateways

We have introduced a separate 'Pre-provisioning' status to help customers clearly identify which gateways were added to the WisDM organization through pre-provisioning.

Status Filter Added to Unassigned Gateway List

A new status filter has been added to the unassigned gateway list, allowing WisDM users to quickly find and assign gateways based on their current status.
