2. How do I switch from an Online Subscription to an On-Demand Subscription?
Simply reach out to our Customer Support team. We’ll evaluate your current subscription size and provide a tailored quotation. Once the quotation is confirmed, an invoice will be issued. Upon payment, your On-Demand Subscription will be activated.
3. My current Online Subscription hasn't expired yet—what happens if I switch to On-Demand now?
The system will keep your original subscription end date. If you would like to add more gateways mid-cycle, we will calculate the pro-rated fee for the additional units based on the number of days remaining until your current expiration date. This ensures all your subscriptions remain on the same billing cycle.
4. What are the payment terms for the On-Demand Subscription?
You may choose between:
- Quarterly or Annual payments
- Credit card or Bank transfer as your preferred payment method
Recommendation:
For smaller payments, choosing an annual plan can help reduce manual effort and simplify billing for both sides.
If your payment amount is under USD 500, we recommend using a credit card instead of a bank transfer to avoid unnecessary fees and delays.
5. I’m already on On-Demand—can I increase my subscription mid-cycle?
Absolutely! You can add more subscriptions at any time. Please contact our Customer Support team, and we’ll issue an invoice based on the additional number of subscriptions you wish to purchase.
6. Can I switch back to the Online Subscription model later?
Yes. When your On-Demand Subscription expires, you may choose to return to the Online Subscription model.
Simply select your preferred tier on the Subscription page. Once your On-Demand term ends, the system will automatically transition your account to the Online Subscription based on the selected tier.
Please make sure to complete your selection before the expiration date to avoid any service interruption.

8. Will I receive a payment reminder? What happens if my usage exceeds my subscription?
For customers who plan to scale beyond their initial subscription, we offer flexible usage arrangements.
If you anticipate growth and prefer not to be constrained by system limits, we can agree on a higher usage allowance in advance. Your actual usage will be monitored monthly, and if it exceeds your subscribed quantity by more than 30%, our team will contact you to arrange the additional payment.
For customers with stable deployments, or those who prefer fewer payment interactions, you may also purchase a larger quantity upfront and use it gradually over time.
This flexible model ensures uninterrupted service while allowing customers to choose the payment approach that best fits their usage pattern.
9. Will my service be interrupted if my usage increases?
No. If you anticipate scaling needs, we can agree on a higher usage allowance to ensure uninterrupted service. Our team will monitor usage and coordinate billing once it exceeds your subscribed quantity by more than 30%.
