1. What is an On-Demand Subscription?

Our On-Demand Subscription follows the WisDM Flexible Pricing Model, designed to adapt to your business needs. It features:

- Flexible Usage-Based Pricing

  • Pay Only for What You Use: No more rigid pricing tiers. You are billed based on the exact number of gateways under your management.
  • Scalable as You Grow: Add gateways anytime, without being constrained by predefined subscription tiers.

- Customized Payment Options

  • Monthly Payments: Ideal for startups or businesses managing tight cash flow.
  • Annual Payments: Enjoy discounted rates with a simplified annual billing structure.
  • Multiple Payment Methods: Choose to pay via credit card or bank transfer, depending on your preference.

 

2. How do I switch from an Online Subscription to an On-Demand Subscription?

Simply reach out to our Customer Support team. We’ll evaluate your current subscription size and provide a tailored quotation. Once the quotation is confirmed, an invoice will be issued. Upon payment, your On-Demand Subscription will be activated.

 

3. When does my On-Demand subscription period begin?

The subscription period starts from the activation date and is valid for one year.

 

4. My current Online Subscription hasn't expired yet—what happens if I switch to On-Demand now?

Because On-Demand subscriptions are manually activated, a new one-year billing cycle will begin upon activation. We will deduct any unused balance from your existing Online Subscription from the invoice amount of your On-Demand plan.

 

5. What are the payment terms for the On-Demand Subscription?

You may choose between:

  • Monthly or Annual payments
  • Credit card or Bank transfer as your preferred payment method

Recommendation:

For smaller monthly payments, choosing an annual plan can help reduce manual effort and simplify billing for both sides.

If your payment amount is under USD 500, we recommend using a credit card instead of a bank transfer to avoid unnecessary fees and delays.

 

6. I’m already on On-Demand—can I increase my subscription mid-cycle?

Absolutely! You can add more subscriptions at any time. Please contact our Customer Support team, and we’ll issue an invoice based on the additional number of subscriptions you wish to purchase.

 

7. Can I switch back to the Online Subscription model later?

Yes. When your On-Demand Subscription expires, you may choose to return to the Online Subscription model.
Simply select your preferred tier on the Subscription page. Once your On-Demand term ends, the system will automatically transition your account to the Online Subscription based on the selected tier.
Please make sure to complete your selection before the expiration date to avoid any service interruption.

 

8. Who should I contact for subscription changes or support?

You can make subscription changes in two ways:

  • Via the Subscription Page:
    You can view the On-Demand option directly on your Subscription page. There, you can select the number of subscriptions you need, see the exact pricing, and submit your request directly through the platform.

9. Will I receive a reminder for payment? What happens if I forget to pay on time?

Yes, invoices are issued before the 5th of each month. We kindly remind customers to complete payment promptly after receiving the invoice. Timely payment is important to ensure uninterrupted service, as delayed or missing payments may result in subscription cancellation.
