Cellular network interface insights

Expanded the detail view for cellular interfaces to include comprehensive signal and connectivity metrics. Newly added parameters:

• RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power)
• RSRQ (Reference Signal Received Quality)
• SINR (Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio)
• RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator)
• Network Provider
• RAT (Radio Access Technology, e.g., LTE/3G/2G)

These additions help administrators assess signal quality and network stability more accurately for gateways using cellular backhaul.

Improved gateway update UX

Refined the user experience for system setting updates — the “Pending Updates” banner now provides clearer feedback and behavior.
