RAKwireless access to your Organization and devices is all dependent on your preferences.
By default, RAK does not have any access to your account. However, if needed, you can grant RAK’s team temporary access for a duration of your choosing. You have one-day, one-week, one-month, or one-year options, but you can cancel it at any time.
RAK support can access your Organization only upon your request. By going to your Organization’s Settings and clicking on the Temporary access option, you can choose the period for which the RAK support team will have access to your WisDM Organization to identify how to solve the problem you’re experiencing.
